RESIDENTIAL BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST - 1 opening |
| GENERAL DESCRIPTION : |
Work with adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Plan and implement behavioral and skill area program plans within a daily schedule in a residential program. Employ physical intervention as necessary. Promote health and safety while encouraging skill development and independence. Data collection, report writing and analysis, upkeep and cleaning of household.

| QUALIFICATIONS : |
Associates degree or Bachelor’s in SpEd/Psych or related field preferred. First Aid/CPR/ MA Med. Admin preferred. Must be able to pass a BCI/CORI and drivers check, valid driver’s license/insurance. Must be able to perform emergency restraint procedures as needed.
One-year experience perferred with individuals who have behavior disorders or developmental delays.
